The purpose of this website is to showcase the equine art of myself, Meghan Namaste. I specialize in painting model horses (both plastic and resin) in pastels, pencils and acrylics. I strive to create realistic colors and patterns using reference materials I have collected in books, magazines and from photos taken by myself at various horse events (to view my online reference archive, visit http://community.webshots.com/user/dunalino. I am involved in every step of creating the finished model, from sanding seams to glossing the eyes and nostrils of a finished custom.  I have attended several NAN qualifying shows and have been quite successful.
